Ready for some fun!!
Here is a reminder of what each team is to bring to the End of Season Party on Friday.
NOTE:
**We need to be completely out of the gym so basketball practice can begin promptly at 1:00.**

Attire: Everyone: gym court friendly shoes.
Parents-volleyball friendly clothing if you want to join in the fun.
Players and Siblings: White or neon T-shirts that you don't mind having autographed--memory activity will use pens that show up better on these colors of fabric--and sports shorts/pants.
Anyone: Wild and crazy knee socks are also welcome.
What to Bring: Potluck items are by team. Entrée will be provided. Each family needs to bring 1 gallon chilled water/tea/or lemonade PLUS one of the below items:
JHB-Veggie salads or platters
JHP-Cupcakes or Muffins
JV-Fruit salads or platters
V-Brownies or Cookies
Quantity should be enough for your family plus a few servings to share. Recipes should be ok for room temperature food safety. ALL containers should be 'volleyball proof' as games will be going on during food service. Please label any items with nuts to accommodate any allergy alert needs.

From Beltway 8, take the Kempwood exit. Turn west, then turn LEFT into the second driveway, by the big yellow poles. Travel about 50 yards. The SHAC facility will be on your left.
Bring a water bottle. This facility does not have drinking fountains, but does have water coolers to refill your water bottles.
No gum.
It would be helpful if you brought sports chairs. The facility does have some chairs and two small sets of bleachers.
I would appreciate it if you would communicate with your families that the volleyballs in the center-concrete gym area and all of the club volleyball equipment in the facility are off limits. Skyline is a friend to HCYA, and has requested that we not use their equipment/balls when we rent the gym. Please keep a watchful eye on your children.
We are renting two courts for our games. Please do not use the other courts for warm-ups or playtime.
Children are welcome to play on the concrete area along the north wall behind the net. Please do not play in the lobby.
You are our guests, there is not an admission fee for these games.

We are unable to get into the LRC before 5:00 on Thursday so the game times have been changed to JH Purple at 5:30, JH Black at 6:30 and Varsity at 7:30. Please invite all family and friends to our last home game of this season. This is also Senior Night so come out, watch all three teams play, and cheer for our girls!
