End of Season Party Needs

End of Season Party Needs:

Parents--Headcount needed! Please notify your team mom of the number of people from your family that will attend the party. 

Team Moms--please turn in the party headcount to Kim Chavarria by Oct 3rd so that food details can be finalized. Thanks!

Volunteers--Parents or siblings that would like to help decorate/set up (early! 8-9am) the day of the party please contact K.Chavarria immediately by phone or text. Thanks! Please specify if you prefer helping with decorating/food service/tech and media set up.

Donate/Sponsor--If your family or business would like to donate or you know of a sponsor that would like to support the end of season party:

1) print sponsor forms off the BlogSpot 

2) fill in company/family/sponsor name and contact and area of donation (teams award funds/prizes fund/decorations fund/general banquet fund). 

3) turn in to Treasurer Cindy Brown or Banquet Coordinator Kim Chavarria by October 3rd. All donations and sponsor forms received by that deadline will be recognized in print at the event unless anonymity requested.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

JHB and JHP Teams game pictures needed---If parents or siblings of these players have any pictures of the girls on the court, please save them to a flash drive and get to K.Chavarria by October 3rd.  My photographs have not turned out as hoped! :(
