Volleyball End of Season Party/Banquet Details: *(Please NOTE TIME correction)
Date: Friday October 17, 2014
*Time: 9am-1pm (the entire regularly scheduled practice time will be used)
Location: LRC Gym
Attire: Everyone: gym court friendly shoes.
Parents-volleyball friendly clothing if you want to join in the fun.
Players and Siblings: White or neon T-shirts that you don't mind having autographed--memory activity will use pens that show up better on these colors of fabric--and sports shorts/pants.
Anyone: Wild and crazy knee socks are also welcome.
What to Bring: Potluck items are by team. Entrée will be provided. Each family needs to bring 1 gallon chilled water/tea/or lemonade PLUS one of the below items:
JHB-Veggie salads or platters
JHP-Cupcakes or Muffins
JV-Fruit salads or platters
V-Brownies or Cookies
Quantity should be enough for your family plus a few servings to share. Recipes should be ok for room temperature food safety. ALL containers should be 'volleyball proof' as games will be going on during food service. Please label any items with nuts to accommodate any allergy alert needs.

9-11 Volleyball fun and activities for players and families
11-1130 Media presentation
11:30-12:30--Lunch buffet and Awards presentations
12:30-1PM--All team clean up/head home
